Dissonance Labs LLC (“Dissonance Labs”, “we”) runs this website. Questions about your information go to contact@dissonancelabs.com.
Inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional company, the kind of help you need, the stage of the work, a timeline, an optional budget range you choose, and a description. The chat can send the same kind of note when you ask it to. We use those details to reply and to decide whether we are a fit. We email a confirmation to you and a notification to ourselves, through Resend or our SMTP provider. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for a newsletter you did not ask for.
Chat
If chat is enabled, the messages in that conversation are sent to Groq to produce a reply. The model is instructed not to quote prices. If you agree to a follow-up and provide your contact details, those details are handled like a form inquiry. If chat is not configured, the widget says so and does not send your message to a model.
Booking
The contact page can embed a Cal.com or Calendly calendar. If you use it, that provider receives what you enter there under its own privacy policy. We do not operate a WhatsApp number for this site, and the site does not ask you to message us there.
Logs and cookies
The host keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, to operate and protect the site. We use those logs for rate limits and abuse prevention. This marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics pixel.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can email contact@dissonancelabs.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep a record. Chat messages are kept by us only if they were part of an inquiry we emailed to ourselves, or in short-lived server logs.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children.
Changes
